What will I be doing during an investigation?
Firstly we will start the evening with an introduction and a bit of history on the location. We will then split everyone into teams so that you can get out and have plenty of time to investigate the location.
During the investigation you will have the opportunity to work many different types of experiments like Spirit Boards, Planchette, Ganzfeld, Triggers and much more.
Refreshments will be available on events 4 Hours or Longer for free so you can help yourselves to coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks during the break.
Are Tickets Refundable?
No, unfortunately Tickets are non-refundable.
Will I recieve a booking confirmation ?
Yes, as soon as your booking is placed you will then receive your booking confirmation by email. On the off chance that you don’t recieve an email confirmation shoot us an email and we will be able to verify that your booking has been placed.
Are there age restrictions for events?
Yes, persons under the age of 18 are not permitted on these events. Persons aged 16+ may attend with someone over the age of 18 years.
I cannot walk far. Can I still attend?
There is a lot of standing and walking involved in our events and some locations do have a lot of steps or uneven floors. Attending is down to the customer’s choice. You may bring a small fold-up chair if you wish but our team will help as much as they can.
Do I need to bring anything with me to an event?
The events are carried out in the dark so you could bring a torch if you wanted but it is not necessary as our team is equipped with torches at all times. Some events can be very long, so please feel free to bring drinks and snacks along with you.
Warm clothing and suitable comfortable shoes are also highy recommended.
Do you issue physical tickets?
No, unfortunately we do not issue physical tickets. Your name will be on our guest list.
Please bring confirmation of your purchase with you to the event and give us your name as you arrive so we can check you in.
Will there be alcohol at the events?
No, there will not be alcohol at our events, alcohol is not permitted at any time, anyone attending under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused admission and all money paid will be lost as tickets are non-refundable.
If the team suspect that anyone is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or that anybody has brought in any to the event they will be asked to leave immediately and again all money paid will be lost.
Do you hold public liability insurance?
Yes, we do.
PLEASE NOTE ANYONE ATTENDING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL WILL BE REFUSED ADMISSION EVEN IF THE TEAM SUSPECT THIS IS THE CASE.
