Event/Ticket Refund & Returns Policy

Please note: The other terms and conditions on this page do not apply to events and tickets.

Participant Requirements:

  • All participants must be 18 years or older. Entry will be refused to anyone bringing a person under 18 to an event. Tickets are non-refundable; however, in such cases, they may be transferable to another event for participants who are 18 or older.

Ticket Policy:

  • Once purchased, all event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Tickets can only be purchased from Shadow Hunters NI via our official website, www.shadowhuntersni.com. Tickets purchased elsewhere are considered fraudulent and are not valid for event entry.

Behavioral Policy:

  • Shadow Hunters NI reserves the right to remove any customer from the event if their behavior is deemed offensive or disruptive to other visitors or the team.
  • Intoxicated individuals will be refused entry. No alcohol or drugs are allowed at events at any time. Anyone carrying alcoholic beverages or illegal substances will be refused entry. If the team suspects an attendee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, admission will be denied.

Safety & Accessibility:

  • Shadow Hunters NI is committed to ensuring a safe and accessible environment for all participants. Please notify us in advance if you have any specific accessibility needs or concerns.
  • All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by our team during the event. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the event.

Code of Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees and team. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Participants must follow the instructions of the team and location staff at all times.

Refund Process:

  • In the rare case that an event is canceled by Shadow Hunters NI, participants will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event.
  • Refund requests for exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at info@shadowhuntersni.com with your ticket details and reason for the request.

Merchandise Store Refund & Returns Policy

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at info@shadowhuntersni.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@shadowhuntersni.com with details of the product and the issue. We will respond quickly to resolve the problem.

Process for Returning Items

  1. Email us at info@shadowhuntersni.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning your item.
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
